The original idea
Make local information easier to find and safer to share.
WhatsApp is already familiar and accessible to many residents, but useful posts can disappear quickly inside busy chats. The Hub keeps WhatsApp as the community space and adds this website as an organised public entrance.
Residents can understand the network, choose a town, see confirmed topics, submit information for moderation and follow one regional Channel for wider updates.

The same calm website-and-WhatsApp model can support other regions later. Each regional hub should keep its own verified links, local moderation, sources, rules and consent records. Langeberg member data or private contact details will not automatically be shared with another region.
