  1. Upload a poster and choose whether the Hub may read and store it privately.
  2. Check the details, identify the source and choose your permissions.
  3. Check your preview, send for review and keep your submission reference.
Where it goes

The website stores an accepted record in the access-controlled moderation queue for up to 90 days. Nothing is posted automatically.

What an admin then does

Review → check or clarify → publish only an eligible public submission, or redirect, resolve or decline it. Sale listings are manual-review only and expire within 14 days. Any regional Channel handoff is a separate, exact owner-confirmed action; nothing posts automatically.

Form not working?

Retry the form first. If it still cannot load, email the Hub. Email is a separate private case and is not confirmation that the moderation queue accepted a submission.

How your poster is processedI agree that the sanitized poster image and visible words may be processed by OpenAI to extract a draft. API data is not used for training unless the customer opts in; default abuse-monitoring retention may be up to 30 days, and suspected CSAM may be retained for manual review.
