Free online learning through Langeberg’s new Academy

Langeberg Municipality announced its Local Government Academy on 23 September. Its notice describes free, self-paced online learning for municipal employees and members of the public, including entrepreneurship, personal finance and wellbeing. The notice gives the course-count and completion-certificate details specifically for employees. Public users should check registration, course access and certificate conditions on the Academy platform. Open it through the municipality’s official notice. The Hub has not tested enrolment.

The UIF Worcester office will visit three Langeberg service points on the following remaining 2026 dates: Montagu Civic — 7–8 September, 5–6 October, 2–3 November and 7 December; Ashton Town Hall — 14–15 September, 12–13 October, 9–10 November and 8 December; Robertson Civic — 21–22 September, 19–20 October, 16–17 November and 9 December.
